Board Committees

Mr. Warren has served on our board of directors and as the Chairman of our Audit Committee since 2021. Mr. Warren was Group Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) from July 2012 until November 2020. He also served as interim Chief Executive Officer from December 2017 to July 2018. Prior to LSEG, Mr. Warren was Chief Financial Officer of NASDAQ from 2001 to 2009 and Senior Adviser to the NASDAQ CEO from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Warren has held a number of senior financial and management roles in both the private and public sectors including Chief Financial Officer of the Long Island Power Authority (New York) and Deputy Treasurer for the State of Connecticut. Mr. Warren began his career in investment banking at then Credit Suisse First Boston.

Eugene I. Davis. Mr. Davis has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PIRINATE Consulting Group, LLC, a privately held consulting firm specializing in turnaround management, merger and acquisition consulting, hostile and friendly takeovers, proxy contests and strategic planning advisory services for domestic and international public and private business entities since 1999. Mr. Davis was the President, Vice Chairman and a director of Emerson Radio Corporation, a consumer electronics company, from 1990 to 1997 and was the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Sport Supply Group, Inc., a direct-mail marketer of sports equipment, from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Davis currently serves on the board of directors of F45 Training Holdings Inc., where he is Chairman of the Board. Mr de Brunner has significant board, management, investment and advisory experience gained over 20 years across a range of companies. Recent appointments include The Trafford Centre Limited, McLaren Group Limited and London Southend Airport Limited amongst others. Mr de Brunner received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University, his Masters of Science in International Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies and qualified in 2000 as a UK Accredited Chartered Accountant.
